you can go here http://www.1mod.org/thread-46773-1-1.html
and download "Mercator8.2.7z.001.rar" and "Mercator8.2.7z.002.rar"
after you download it, rename them as "Mercator8.2.7z.001" and "Mercator8.2.7z.002", then use 7zip to extract the mod from these two files.
and the administrator is calling the moderator to come. if you want a English text patch, you can ask him for help.

this file can't be decompressed because of the suffix ".rar".    you just have to rename it by delete ".rar"    then you will got a file named "Mercator8.2.7z.001",     use 7zip to extract the mod folder from it.

do you mean that you can't even download it?
when you download something from the site"115.com", you should make sure that you have the software called"115Udown"
it's a skydrive software, you can download it here
http://pc.115.com/download/115UDown_3.2.7.7.exe
download and install it, then go to the page I give you above and download the mod

by the way, you don't have to use translator, it only make worse understanding. many of us can read english, just use english to reply

which screen?
you mean when you install it, it remind you that the compression file was damaged or something?
have you use 7-zip instead of winrar to extract? not to decompress it,  you should first open 7-zip and go to the directory which you save the two part in. then choose one of them and click the "extract" option above(look like a minus).
