亲爱的朋友，让我们为了美好的明天而奋斗吧

    五个月前，我的同事叫我谈谈对金融危机及未来前景的看法。我的答案是不知道。
　　四个月前，另外一个同事问我对公司危机及个人前景作何感想。他这么问是缘于最近公司在一个个地跟员工们解除合同，那些员工里面有人事经理、材料经理、质量工程师以及好多的产线工人。谁会是下一个呢？每个人都在猜测未来会发生什么。那天下午，我看见人事经理跟质量工程师在小房间里笑着聊着些什么，但从第二天开始，厂车上就再也见不到他的身影；而那天我还在回家的厂车上跟材料经理探讨中医，结果以后就再也没有看见她了。“你知道吗？人事经理自己也只能做到2008年底了！我想我们得为自己作些安排了。你对现况有何看法？”我的回答是做好手中事，不要太担忧未来如何。
　　两个月前，我的老板告诉我公司的决定。我平静地接受了现实，并向他表达了我的感激之情。在工作过程中，他对我严厉的要求培养了我细心、谨慎的感觉。他建议我春节过后先找一份工作再说，不要太过计较工资的高低。我对他的善意表示了感谢，并与他握手言别。
　　未来是什么？
　　罗伯特在《穷爸爸和富爸爸》那本书里告诉我，未来只是一个谎言。问题的关键在于你对谎言的态度。如果你坚信你有美好的明天，那美好将很有可能实现；如果你相信未来是黑暗的，那未来就会展现另外一面给你。当谎言重复千百遍的时候，就会成为现实。
　　那些获得巨大成功的人经常告诉我们，态度决定一切。当你有坚定的信念时，你就不会迷失。无论成功路上有多少荆棘，你都会千方百计地去证明你自己。没有技能，我们可以去学；没有知识，我们也可以去学；没有金钱，我们也可以运用我们的智慧去获取。但如果没有希望，那就没有一切了。
　　亲爱的朋友，如果你现在正在遭受痛苦和挫折，不要去抱怨而是要绞尽脑汁去寻找适合你自己的未来之路。因为抱怨并不能解决你的问题，却会消磨掉你宝贵的时间并让你变得更加地沮丧和压抑。我们没有办法改变世界，但我们有办法调整自己对未来的态度。世界可以忽视你的存在，但你自己不能放弃自我。我们可以被千百次地打倒，但我们不能接受失败。
　　这个世界有两种人：一种人在不断地抱怨，一种人在不断地表现；抱怨无法带给你光明的未来，但不断的表现却可以。如果你没有掌握足够的知识，不要谈论太多宏大的事情，因为这会浪费你的时间。把那些宏伟的大问题留给专家、学者、政治家、经济家、律师等那些人吧。我们需要踏实地学习各种知识，学会辨别他们的言论。只有当我们拥有足够的判断力的时候，我们才会是自己的主人，而不会是别人言论的附庸。
　　表现对光明的未来至关重要。只要你思考清楚了，就不要犹豫你的决定。你要不断地尝试直到找到更好的道路。不要轻易放弃你现在正在做的事情，给自己点耐心和坚韧。相信你自己，你是最棒的，你在这个世界上是独一无二的。
　　罗马并非一天建成的，成功也并非触手可及。它需要时间。不要试图走捷径，宁愿悠着点走大路。否则，即使你获得成功，悲剧就往往在你不经意的时候出现。
　　有时候，现实世界是很残酷的。因此，我们需要学会面对真相。我们要让我们的心变得勇敢。我们需要不断地集聚勇气，因为勇者无惧。
　　危机从另外一面看的时候就意味着机会。当上帝给你关上一扇门的时候，他必定给你打开一扇窗。不要对着已经倒掉的牛奶哭泣，也不要只盯着那扇已经被关上的大门。你要做的就是去寻找上帝留给你的那扇窗户。
　　我们是自己的主人，不是奴隶。
　　亲爱的朋友，不要灰心。让我们奋起，为光明的未来而努力！

Let's Fight For Our Bright Future, My Dear Friend

Five months ago, my colleague asked my comment on the finance crisis and the prospect. “I don’t know.” I replied to his question.
Four months ago, another colleague asked my idea about the company crisis and the personal future. His question was based on the contact termination one by one with other employees including HR manager, Material manager, QA engineer and so many production line workers. Who would be next one? Everybody was at a guess about what would happen. I saw HR manager’s smiling with QA engineer in the small room that afternoon, and next day in the company bus I never saw him again. I just discussed the traditional Chinese medical science with Material manager in the company bus back to home and never saw her again. “Do you know that HR manager will also leave her position at the end of year 2008? We should arrange something for us. What’s your attitude on the situation?” He asked me. My question was just to do my own business, no too much worry about the future.
Two month ago, my boss told me the company’s decision. I calmed down to accept the fact and expressed my gratitude for his strict requirements on me during the working period, which fostered my sense of the carefulness and prudence. He suggested me to find a job temporarily whether the salary higher or not after the spring festival. I thanked for his kindness and shook hands with him to say farewell.
What is future?
Robert told me in his book “Poor father and Rich father” that future is just a lie. The key point is your attitude about the lie. If you believed firmly your bright future, then bright future will be prospective. If you believed firmly your dark prospect, then future maybe show another side to you. When lies have been repeated thousand of times, they will be realized.
Those people, who achieved great success, often tell us that attitude decide everything. When you have firm faith, you won’t lose yourself. You will find every chance to verify yourself in spite of bushes on the road to Roman. No skills, then we can learn skills; No knowledge, then we can study; No money, then we can use our brains to earn. But if no hope, everything will be lose.
Dear friend, if you suffer a lot, don’t complain but just rack your brains to find your own way to the future. Because complaint can’t solve your problems but just kill your valuable time and induce your more distress. We can’t change the world but we can modify our attitude about the future. World can ignore your existence but you should not lose yourself. We can be beaten thousands of times but never be defeated.
There are two kinds of people in the world: one is to complain and the other is to behave. Complaint can’t bring your bright future but behaving incessantly can. Don’t say too much about the big topic for you if you still not master enough knowledge, which just waste your time. The responsibility for the big topic should be placed on the shoulder of the experts, scholars, politician, economist, lawyer and so on. We need to learn steadfastly all kinds of knowledge and learn to distinguish their words. Only after we have enough discretion, we can be our own masters instead of the slaves to other people’s words.
Behaving is vital for your bright future. Don’t hesitate about your decision once you think it over. You should keep practice until you find another better way. Don’t rush to give up what you are doing. Just give yourself more patience and endurance. Believe yourself, you are No.1, you are one and only in the world.
Roman was not built in one day. Success is not within your hand. It needs time. Don’t try to follow the sideway to the success just choose the right way to triumph despite the slow step. Or even though you achieved the goal, tragedy maybe on the road to meet with you unexpectedly.
Sometimes the real world is brutal. Therefore we must learn to face the truth. We need to develop our heart bravely. We need to gather our courage because warriors have no fears.
Crisis means the chance from another side. When God close one door to you, he must open one window for you. Don’t cry for the milk poured down and don’t stare at the closing door, just to find out the open window left by God.
We are our own master instead of slaves.
My dear friends , never lose your heart. Let’s stand up to fight for your bright future.
